The Water Works is an independent agency of the City of Council Bluffs, governed by a five person Board of Trustees appointed by the Mayor on alternate terms of six years.
Board Meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday of every month at the Main Office Building located at 2000 North 25th Street. The Board Meeting starts at 4:30pm and is open to the public.
